SUPPORT OUR WORK
Help make a difference to biodiversity in Argyll
For such a small organisation, we have a large remit. We pride ourselves on our education programme and conservation projects, and on working collaboratively to help wildlife and the community.
Beavers made their first official return to the wild here in Knapdale, and we are delighted to watch them thriving and changing the landscape for the better. At a time of habitat and species loss across the world, it brings us hope that here in our corner of Argyll, beavers have restored wetland habitats and boosted biodiversity.
Your support is vital in helping us to continue our work and reach as many people as possible, whether it be kids in a local primary school or adults walking into our visitor centre.
We are here to inspire you and the next generation of nature enthusiasts to care for Argyll’s wild places.

Become a Member
Membership of Argyll Wildlife supports our work with an annual contribution, and ensures you will be kept up-to-date with news from the Beaver Centre. It also helps us in our bids for funding by adding to a growing community of people who support our aims and activities and wish to protect local wildlife.
-
Donate
We rely on donations to help run our visitor centre. We love that the centre is free to enter and accessible for all, but if you are able to contribute towards our running costs, your support helps us to continue our work.

Volunteer
We have fantastic support from our volunteers, who go above and beyond during busy times to keep all the strands of our education and conservation work going. Whether you live locally and have a few hours a week to spare, or are looking to arrange a longer-term internship, we are always keen to hear from people who are interested in sharing their time and skills.
